Job title: Under 18 Key Worker (21 hours per week)

Report to: Manager/Team/Project Leader

Salary Scale: HSE Social Care Worker (with qualifications)

Duties
• Play a key role in the development and implementation of a high quality professional service to young people experiencing drug/alcohol problems, and their families
• Ensure the service meets the needs of the target group
• Maintain and develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure best practice and report quarterly/half yearly both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Ensure all written and electronic records are kept up to date
