The Role

Ready to take charge of HR excellence? As a HR Consultant, you'll be:
• Project managing the onboarding of new companies
• Providing expert HR advice and support
• Reviewing and updating employment contracts and company policies
• Undertaking regular HR audits
• Supporting clients with performance management
• Handling disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and tribunal support

About You

Are you the HR dynamo we're looking for? You will need:
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Proven HR experience
• Knowledge of UK and/or Isle of Man employment regulations
• Calm, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems strategically
