Samsung Azerbaijan is looking for HR Generalist who will be responsible for performing administration and implementation of HR functions, such as: processing employee data (including processing in Government Portal), processing Visa and Residency Permit for Dispatchers, supporting department onboarding efforts and career objectives.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Performing preparation and maintains hiring, termination, vacation, absences, sick leaves, maternity leaves, disciplinary actions, evaluation, compensation (payroll, incentive) related documents;

· Updating internal HR system (GHRPS, GHRPW) with hiring, termination, transfer and other related information;

· Collecting all the required documents and applies for work and residency permit for Company dispatchers;

· Gathering and prepares payroll data such as working days, overtime and other related information;
