• Manage production operations.
• Monitor daily production performance and efficiency.
• Oversee daily production processes and manage process capability.
• Report directly to the Production Manager.
• Participate in all development studies.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication and strong team working skills across all organizational levels
• Adaptability to change, driven to acquire new knowledge continuously
• Objective problem-solving approach, providing solutions supported by relevant evidence
• Solution-driven and results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to accommodate flexible working hours and overtime as needed
• Possession of a valid driving license and ability to travel occasionally
• Residing in or willing to relocate to the Düzce area
