Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Cambridge, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, and provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers to better understand their needs. The Real Estate Salesperson must be able to work independently and efficiently.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must have a real estate license in the state of {location}
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and practices
• Experience in real estate sales and customer service experience is preferred
• Accountable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Computer literate with experience with Microsoft Office suite
