Technical Competencies & Experience:
• Excel in team management and delegation of responsibilities.
• Experience in general livestock management, health, S.O.P. implementation and design, F.C.R. daily calculations and implementation.
• Skilled in managing daily cash flow to ensure efficient cost management.
• Must be passionate about livestock, record keeping, attention to detail and achieving set targets.
• Must have own transport although work related transport will be provided.
• Must have experience with computers (excel, word, power point, PDF, Teams, Meet and Email) to ensure record keeping and communication is conducted according to the company requirements.

Behavioural Competencies:
• Good communication skills verbal & written.
