Responsibilities include strengthening client relationships for long-term partnerships, collaborating with the technical team to provide expert support and advice, and driving awareness initiatives across products, services, and technology trends to enhance customer capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
• Generate and act on client leads, conduct audits, generate SLA agreements, and present proposals
