Your role

The primary purpose of this position to support the Lead People Partner in the execution of global and regional people strategies, for New Zealand. This is an enabling role for the execution of the strategic people plan with the goal of helping to create a consistent colleague experience across the region.

• Develop trusted relationships with leaders and colleagues across your area of responsibility.
