Are you an experienced Learning Designer looking for your next role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Learning Designer for a fast-paced organisation.

As a member of the Learning and Development team, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging and effective blended learning experiences. You will be responsible for designing the end-to-end learning process (learning need identification, analysis, design, development) and delivering key learning solutions in a timely and purpose-built way for both technical and soft skills across the business. Our client is looking to uplift capability and adjusting where relevant to fit with the needs of the business. This may include some re design of some of the current contents to ensure it is fit for purpose.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years L&D experience with the ability to work with key internal partners to ensure training is designed for maximum benefit to the business.
