About The Role
As a vital part of the team, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing inbound queries from customers through webchat, phone calls, and emails. Utilising CRM systems and other tools, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
• Previous contact centre experience
• This role would also suit finance/science graduates who have previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
• Resilience, reliability and sound lateral thinking skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to change and processes
• Previous knowledge using SAP is a bonus but not essential
