EFI – École Française Internationale is a bilingual French-English International School which opened in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in August 2016.

To support its development,

EFI is looking for an admission & admin assistant.

We are looking for candidates to fulfill the following tasks:

Admission:
• Welcoming new families to visit the campus.
• Answering any questions about enrollment/schooling at EFI by phone, email or in person.
• Helping families to fill in enrollment form through Eduka
• Following up with families for new enrollment by phone/email
• Regular reporting to the admission manager

Admin:
• Ensuring administrative duties are carried out throughout the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Successful experience in an international school/environment (with French program is a plus)

• Fluent in Khmer & a good command of French is mandatory, a good command of English is a plus

• A good mastery of new technologies
