Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently with a well-known company in the aviation industry that is currently seeking to recruit the Head of Facilities - Shannon.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Facilities strategy for two sites in Shannon.
• Lead Facilities team, oversee performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage service contracts, negotiate renewals, and oversee specialist service providers.
• Maintain PM schedules, manage building projects, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Control Facilities budget and implement cost-saving measures.
• Lead energy management and oversee Company Vehicles.
• Act as a leader in 5S, continuous improvement, and health and safety.
• Available for emergency contact out of hours.

Minimum Requirements:
• 8+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years in Facilities and Building Management with relevant qualifications.
