Temporary Part-time Administrator (3 days per week, 6-8 Weeks) - Shannon, Co Clare.

eFlexes is currently seeking a Temporary Administrator for a short-term contract with one of our Shannon-based clients, a global leader in mobile technology. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the marketing operations of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Data Management:
• Maintain and update Excel files containing vital marketing information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing marketing data in multiple languages to facilitate easy access.

BrandFolder Management:
• Oversee the management and updating of content on the BrandFolder digital asset management platform, ensuring alignment with the latest marketing materials and brand guidelines.
