As an Invoice & Data Operator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the quality of fleet and expense data in the fleet management system and the customer billing process including exporting expenses.
Your main responsibilities are to ensure and maintain complete and consistent information in the database, an efficient billing process with a focus on timely delivery, and reporting and escalating anomalies.
You are always looking to improve the functioning of the team.

Description
• Collecting and uploading billing files from various vendors
• Handling anomalies
• Consolidating and delivering an export file to customer systems
• Periodic checks of the database for missing and inconsistent information
• Reporting on predetermined indicators such as cost savings, avoidance, etc.
• Making proposals for the optimization of processes
• Reporting dashboard information such as cost avoidance
