Job Summary:

A maintenance technician in common facilities is responsible for ensuring that all systems and equipment within a facility are properly maintained and in good working condition. They perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and make repairs as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment within the facility.
• Inspect and test systems to identify issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Make repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and parts.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
