Key Accountabilities:
• Provide daily tactical support to assist in breeding and reproduction.
• Execute herd management duties under the mentorship of Senior AVO/Manager within the Dairy Farm division.
• Be familiar with and understand the basic situation of the herd, and strictly follow the operating procedures and dietary standards to feed the herd to ensure that there are enough rations, sufficient feeds in the troughs, and prevent feed waste.
• Observe the appetite and overall wellbeing of the cattle and report any abnormalities to the supervisor or veterinarian in time.
• Fill in the breeding records on time, compile the breeding data for summary and analysis for monthly report submission.
• Comply with the arrangement of the production activities of the breeding group to ensure the completion of various breeding indicators.
