Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (e.g.: Telemarketing, WhatsApp, Email).
• Providing Information and Product/Service Pitch using Script, adjust Script Reply tailored to certain Potential Customer.
• Follow Up Inbound Leads, pass promising leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Record Keeping Management via Internal Record and CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve Call/Reach Target and Sales Quota Target.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, telemarketing, and or customer service
• Bachelor's degree from any majors.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
