Get to know the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Staff to join our growing E-commerce team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What will you do?
• Support daily e-commerce advertising operations across platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok
• Maintain relationships with a pool of Shopee and TikTok affiliates.
• Handle administrative tasks including data entry and filing within the e-commerce platform.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce relationship managers to optimize shop performance.

Key Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce administrator role is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce advertising platforms is a plus.
• Basic knowledge in major e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok
• Basic knowledge in spreadsheet app (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) is required.
