Job Purpose

Under the direct line management of the Finance Project Manager, the Project Coordinator - Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing financial projects. The role combines project management expertise with a deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and regulations. The Project Coordinator – Finance will assist in managing the financial aspects of various projects within the organization. The role will work closely with the Finance Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution of financial tasks/projects, including the capex budgeting process, facilities management, financial analysis, and reporting. The role should have a strong understanding of finance principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position will be based at the IRRI Headquarters, Los Baños, Philippines, and may only be filled by permanent citizens of the Philippines.
