Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations including order fulfilment, logistics, inventory monitoring, and updating content materials of E-Commerce platforms such as marketing campaigns, new product launches, product catalogues, price changes, etc.
• Optimize website design, navigation, SEO, and product presentation to maximize conversions and sales.
• Build compelling online product content experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
• Creates and edits product listings including marketing descriptions and product copy.
• Regularly review and ensure correct posting of product prices, discounts, and promos.
• Recommends and implements programs that would help increase or exceed target market share and monitors the effectiveness of promo plans versus target objectives.
• Responds promptly to online customer inquiries and complaints. Ensures customer satisfaction by promptly acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues.
