We're on the hunt for an Area Operations Manager (AOM) to lead and support the frontline teams on the West Coast. The West Coast comprises areas of beautiful, untamed wilderness with ancient rainforests and tranquil lakes wedged in between the mighty mountain ranges of the Southern Alps and the beaches and rugged coastline of the Tasman Sea. The AOM West Coast leads a team of two Watch Operations Managers (WOM), two Group Operations Managers (GOM) and one Rural Support Officer (RSO) who support volunteer and paid teams across ten stations from Karamea to Haast.
