We are looking for Our client a hardware retailer with two outlets for a Counter Assistant.

Job Description:

The Counter Assistant will be responsible for:
• Assisting customers at the counter with their hardware and DIY needs
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Having a good knowledge of hardware building products
• Assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized counter area
• Providing information and advice to customers on various products
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Knowledge & Experience:
• Retail experience
• A strong understanding of the Construction and Agri industry
• Good knowledge of hardware building products
• Customer-focused
• Fluent in English
• Full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word and Excel and a knowledge of Trader would be an advantage but not... More Detail
