Introduction

We are looking for an energetic, creative Recruitment specialist to oversee and lead the recruitment process within Distribution, developing and implementing effective recruitment and leadership strategies, as well as leading a team of distribution Recruiters and admins.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Recruitment within the department as well as with our sales force:
• Recommend tools and technology that track recruitment and improve retention.
• Responsible for the overarching recruitment and head count goals.
• Create and drive the recruitment strategy with the channel heads.
• Continuously look at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes.
• Actively Recruit key strategic leadership for the Distribution team.
• Manage and engage with external recruitment providers, recruitment platforms, media and online
