We are seeking certified and experienced trainers to fill in the current vacant position of Technical Trainer x 2. This position is located within the Training Department in the Head Office, and reports to the Technical Education and Strategy Coordinator.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for delivering technical theory and technical practical pathway training, monitoring performance progress through contemporary teaching methodologies and philosophies and ensuring a safe, secure and conducive learning environment of ongoing change and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate trade technical education and technical apprentice education programs for the organisation.
• Always provide and maintain a safe system of work within the training environment for self, trainees and participate actively in Safety First activities.
• Ensure trainees adopt and practise accepted safety procedures in the learning and assessment environment.
