Key responsibilities include leading customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, while also ensuring accurate order processing and timely resolution of issues. This role prefers experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management, along with proficiency in relevant software systems such as SAP and Portalink.
