Responsibilities
• Managing Design Teams and construction teams for construction and planning projects
• Efficient management of building sites.
• Adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity
• Review information and prepare responses to local authorities, fire officers, solicitors, report & letter writing critical to role.
• Be able to create edit and compile PDF reports.
• Excellent level of excel skills.
• Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships.
