Responsible to: Visitor Experience Manager

Full time & part time, seasonal

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Visitor Experience Assistant to join our team as we prepare for Killruddery’s Garden Open Season 2024. With full time and part time positions available, the perfect candidate will provide a consistent premium experience for guests and Killruddery Members in a friendly and relaxed environment.

This is a customer facing role and you will work as part of a friendly and helpful team working on behalf of Killruddery, while also helping to generate income through ticket sales and positively promoting Killruddery’s Membership programme and Event Programme throughout the season.

Role responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and Killruddery Members in a friendly and engaging way
