Vacancy: Site Manager : Mixed Resi Scheme

Location: Bray (3yrs work)

Salary: €75K + vehicle / or allowance+ Pension + Discretionary Bonus,

Annual leave:- 25 days + Bank Holidays

Project:- Mixed Residential Development

An opportunity has arisen for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager, who shows great leadership and decision making skills in order to guide and inspire the site teams to deliver a top class product.

The successful Site Manager will possess a time served background or be degree qualified and have housing, hotel or student accommodation within main contractors / developers working consecutively for at least 5 yrs.
