The Role

Asistec a leadind supplier of pharmaceutical, scientific, hospital and industrial specialist equipment , is seeking a Service Team Coordinator to join their operations based in Bray Co. Wicklow. This is a part time, office-based position consisting of a 3 day week ( Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

As a Service Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a team of service engineers. You will assist the team in meeting its goal and objectives whilst providing guidance and support and ensuring they have the resources to perform their jobs effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of field service engineers across Ireland.
• Assist the team with meeting its goals while providing guidance and support.
• Liaise with sales and management for consistent customer satisfaction.
• Manage service contracts, prepare new contracts, and plan for upcoming works.
• Log service calls on online data base.
