Excel Recruitment are recruiting a Permanent, daytime Chef for a high profile client in the Clare area.

We are searching for an experienced food focused Chef to lead a team in a busy food operation to ensure a high quality product and service is delivered.

Requirements:
• Formal culinary qualification
• 2-3 years experience in a Sous or Senior Chef role with an ambition to progress to kitchen management
• An strong understanding of kitchen margins, labour and GP
• Permission to work full-time in Ireland
• HACCP - Level 2
• A passion for innovative food and a desire to produce and present both traditional and trend led food
