JOB SUMMARY

· The HR Assistant (payroll) Is responsible for assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, verifying timekeeping records, and ensuring the accuracy of employee compensation. Collaborating with HR & Finance team, the HR Assistant (payroll) ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role is essential in maintaining efficient payroll operations and supporting the overall HR function within organization.

JOB DUTIES
• ·Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verifying timekeeping records (for shift employees) and ensuring accuracy of employee compensation.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and finance departments.
