Job Brief

To manage the general ledger and accountpayable function effectively and efficiently

Job Responsibilities
• Maintenance of account payable module. Ensure account payable module is updated on timely basis.
• Perform creditors reconciliation
• Perform purchases cut-off
• Check and perform data entry for accounting transaction in related to Account Payable module
• Reviewed payment detail for consistency and unusual items
• Maintenance of standard operating procedures in relation to the Accounts department
• Maintenance of general ledger and ensure timely filing
• Raise routine Journal Voucher ie accrual, prepayment and etc
• Reviewed GL for consistency and unusual items
• Perform audit check on Custom Declaration form
• Assist in stock count and Fixed Assest sighting
• Assist in preparation of tax and audit schedules
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly report and analysis
• Other job as assigned.
