They are seeking to recruit a Phone Sales Representative for their team in West Dublin.

Responsibilities:
• Handle high volume inbound & outbound calls, emails, and webchats efficiently.
• Establishing customer wants, delivering information in an engaging manner and handling objections effectively.
• Occasionally engage in field sales campaigns.
• Address customer issues and complaints empathetically, sensitively, and confidently.
