SSK’s Information team is currently seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications, providing exceptional customer support, conducting quality assurance testing, and overseeing various operational responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive technical support to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot application issues promptly and effectively.

- Collaborate closely with application specialists to perform data analysis, utilising strong SQL skills to optimise application performance and provide valuable insights.

- Take ownership of creating and maintaining all application manuals, ensuring they are updated regularly to reflect current processes and functionalities.
