Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented Management Couple / Lodge Manager for their 15 roomed Lodge & Spa to ensure the smooth operation and success of the lodge.
You will be responsible for:

Guest Services and Reservations: Handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing personalized experiences.
Operations Management: Overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Staff Management: Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to maintain high service standards.
Financial Management: Budgeting, expense tracking, revenue management, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Marketing and Sales: Developing marketing strategies, managing online and offline channels, and increasing bookings.
