JOB SUMMARY

The Commercial Manager is required to ensure that all commercial and financial aspects of the contract under his / her remit are properly managed and controlled, including, and not limited to Project Costing, Contractual Issues, variations, contract and claim management and customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Develop and implement a comprehensive contract administration and compliance management framework.
• Review service provider performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain a contract database and provide support in optimising procurement processes for operational alignment and business continuity.
• Manage the contracts financially and control the budget.
• Identify, monitor and report on risks.
• Support the management and mitigation of risks at all levels (operational, financial, commercial, technical, etc.).
• Provide day to day commercial support to the client and operation management teams.
