Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Specialist in Learning and Development (Learning Enablement)
The main purpose of the job will be to drive the *digital learning adoption*, establish and implement effective *development structures for the Learning and Development Team* and establish and implement *Technical Coaching and Mentoring structures and programs *for both the Learning and Development Team and Learners Artisans.
• Digital Learning Adoption*
• Drive the *Digital Learning Adoption Strategy* through implementation of the digital learning strategy including leading the digital learning campaigns, consolidation and publishing of the *Learning Connection*, *Learning on the go *and *the miGrowth Adoption statistics.*
