Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing and sustaining an effective and responsive recruitment function and HR systems that successfully delivers all facets of recruitment throughout the organization, conducting various recruitment activities by effectively partnering with hiring managers, generating and maintaining a network of candidates and contractors.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology or relevant field.
• 10 -15 years’ experience in similar role with sound knowledge
• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of online social media job posting networks.
• Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
• Ability to utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment.
• Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure.
