Objective:

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission in Micronesia in coordination with the IOM Office in Palau, and the direct supervision of the Programme Manager- Migration and Climate Change based in Fiji, the successful candidate will support the implementation of the Pacific Climate Change Migration and Human Security programme (PCCMHS) and related activities in Palau.

The PCCMHS programme is a joint-agency programme, led by IOM that seeks to protect and empower communities adversely affected by climate change and disasters in the Pacific region, focusing specifically on climate change and disaster-related migration, displacement, and planned relocation[1].
