We are looking for an experienced, level headed assistant restaurant manager to join the Platform Pizza bar team. Candidates must have minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory position, however full training will be given.

Key skills and attributes:
• Front of House experience
• Experience training and managing servers
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff, as well as create and develop new ways to mentor the team
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to crisis control
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a team and have a bit of fun!
• Culinary knowledge and a wide appreciation of food processes would be beneficial.

We are currently unable to offer assistance with work permits for non EU staff for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €16.00-€17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
