The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry with 2 or more in a managerial role.

A proven track record of team leadership, motivation and training.

A strong customer focus.

The role is hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to manage all aspects of the hotel, with full support from hotel management.

Responsible for:
• Opening and closing the business in a professional and disciplined manner
• Cash handing
• Proficient bar and wait service.
• Experience in functions and banqueting.
• Stock management
• Staff training and recruitment
• Communicating with suppliers
• Roster Management
• Maintaining hygiene

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €25,200.00-€40,000.00 per year
