What you need:
• Proven CTO or senior technology leadership experience within e-gaming or tote betting.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong knowledge of betting platforms, systems, technologies, odds calculation, risk management, and backend infrastructure.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Project management skills, preferably with a relevant qualification such as Prince2.
• Experience in implementing and deploying tote or wagering platforms.
