About the Role
:

As a Multi Skilled Operative you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from 'job' to 'job', on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You'll need plenty of previous experience and a positive 'can do' attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Cottenham and you'll be expected to cover the Cambridge area.

Role Criteria:
• City and guilds NVQ 2 In Roofing
• Previous experience in a Roofing-based role or Multi Skilled.
• UK Full Driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work at heights.
