Core Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development specialist, you will, in cooperation with our team of skill leads and developers, work with development programmes that will help us to have the right skilled people to meet our company commitments. More specifically you will
• Transform the learning needs into learning interventions,
• Lead or participate in the whole process of discovery, design, curation and delivery of L&D interventions applying various learning tools and methods such as blended learning, e-learning, facilitation,
