Bring your concept and 3D design skills to the table and help the LEGO Group deliver innovative designs into Novelty Projects!

Core Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and innovate on new play experiences
• Work closely with Engineering and Model Design to deliver LEGO® parts from concept to production
• Partner engagement that enables a smooth design process with our collaborators
• Focus on innovation, LEGO System In Play and production demands
• Share knowledge and experiences to colleagues and piers
• Optimize and maintain internal processes
• Be a role model for colleagues, piers and partners.
