About The Department

You will join the Regulatory Affairs TRACK Programme department which is responsible for several transformational process and IT projects.

In TRACK, we drive the Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities towards our internal customers and stakeholders in Novo Nordisk worldwide. We also contribute to the design and alignment of the new business processes. We are a multi-cultural team of 9 highly motivated and engaged employees based in Søborg, Denmark. We work closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, and with our affiliates globally to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business.
