The position

As a Senior Lean Partner, you will be responsible for leading a process improvement concept called the Improvement Cycle (I-cycle).

Your main responsibilities include : Acting as an improvement expert with a small team for 3-month periods, enhancing processes across the organization approximately 3 times a year.

Ensuring that benefits are scoped and validated. Ensuring the new process is anchored in the Line of Business after implementation.

Training new colleagues in improvement cycles, either as participants or facilitators. As Sourcing Operations has increased the focus on digitalization, you will collaborate closely with our digital team integrating Lean and digitalization as levers for optimization of our business.

Qualifications To succeed in this position, we expect you to : Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
