Main Responsibilities

Co-develop optimized way of IBP and S&OE process to elevate short / medium / long term quarterly decision-making capability with new system solution

Act as Key Subject Matter Expert in IBP / S&OE and facilitate discussions with Key Users

Manage the change management activities for process improvement evolvement in line to the overall functional / technical design and implementation journey

Manage the implementation support in the Regions through Regional / BU Key Users

Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design

Calibrate / participate functional requirements with demand / supply SMEs to ensure integrated approach in fit gap analyses

Create functional / integration test scenarios

Identify and validate Master data where required

Test / validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios

Conduct the End Users trainings
