For our client in the region of Brussels, we are looking for a Senior Application Security Specialist.

What You Do

We are looking for someone to take up the role as a Security Champion for our team.

Daily Tasks
• Lead, coach, and update the Security team
• Build out automated / scalable "shift left" approaches to code security including SAST / DAST within code pipelines
• Propose actions to build security champion programs
• Collaborate with the team (information sharing, advice, document knowledge,..)
• Be a point of escalation for the team
• Improve security of ongoing and new developments
• Threat modelling of developments and projects

What You Bring To The Team
• Experienced with Application Security
• Experienced with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
• Experienced with at least one programming language
• Ability to perform threat modelling with development teams
• Ability to identify and advise on remediation of software security vulnerabilities
