For our client in the region of Brussels, we are looking for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master.

What You Do

Daily tasks:
• Create and manage the project (product) backlog, always aligned with the Product Owner.
• Perform Scrum Master activities: Ensure the Development Teams are following Agile methodology.
• Support Agile culture implementation, identify improvements, implement kaizen ideas.
• Manage the project backlog, ensure the team have a prioritized, organized, and estimated backlog.
• Improve/propose items creation, ensure all items contains relevant information for the development team (ie. DoR, DoD, Acceptance Criteria, Business Requirements, Estimation)
• Lead agile ceremonies.
• Define KPIs for performance management.
• Understand the internal process to change current or build new technical solutions with all IT key actors (Enterprise architect, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application teams).
